This is a letter of gratitude on behalf of Keller Williams', Pat Bentley, for the sale of our home, for aiding us in the purchase of our new home, and for being a part of a true miracle.

At ths unusual time in our lives we were in a situation with our house that required us to sell it immediatley.  Pat's skillful advise, marketing strategy, and professionalism started us on the journey of selling a house in a market that wasn't looking for homes over the price range of $400,000 and be able to do this is spite of extreme life circumstances.  Pat never doubted for one moment and the challenge didn't chase her in the opposite direction.

In ten days Pat sold our house.  During that time we also found our new home (another unexpected surprise); Pat amazingly worked out all those details in time for us to be out of our sold home.
